GENERAL RETURN POLICY
ALL items are neither exchangeable, returnable nor refundable for hygiene reasons.
In the rare circumstance that your item is faulty or is missing from your order, please follow the instruction below:
Step 1: Fill out the Return Form here, within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
Step 2: We will send you a Return Confirmation, along with courier pick up arrangement upon approval return.
Step 3: We will send you a replacement item upon receiving the faulty item(s). If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have purchased, then a refund credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
