NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
ALL SALE ITEMS, UNDERWEAR & SOCKS are non-exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
In the rare circumstance that your item is faulty or is missing from your order, please

  • Contact us at customercare@innerstatement.com, WITHIN 30 days of receiving the item(s)
  • Include a photo of the defect(s)Our team will send you a RETURN SLIP for Pre-paid Shipping label upon approval of return.
  • We will then send you a replacement item upon receiving the faulty item(s).
  • If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have purchased, then a refund credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within x days.

RETURNABLE ITEMS
ALL INNER TEE, LOUNGEWEAR AND ACCESSORIES are exchangeable, returnable, or refundable, WITHIN 30 days of receiving the item(s).

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s). Or should we absorb?

Only returns via courier service are accepted.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure item(s) are securely packed and can’t get damaged on the way! All goods will be inspected on return.

Refund credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
