How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping within Malaysia is FREE on all orders above RM80. Orders up to RM79.90 are a flat rate of RM8. We ship via Ninjavan.

Customs and import duties may apply, and shall be paid by the person receiving the parcel. You may contact your local customs office for current charges so that you are aware of the charges to expect as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

These charges are separate from your shipping fee, and you will be billed directly by the carrier.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard timeline for delivery is 3 business days upon confirmation of order. This is applicable to all states within Peninsula Malaysia. Please allow 2 extra days for East Malaysia.

International shipping may take up 7-14 business days. Please note that this is a guideline and due to specific circumstances, timeline may vary.

My order is not here yet. What do i do?
We aim to deliver within 3 to 5 working days for Malaysia orders and 7-14 working days for international orders. To track your order, please click here.

How do i track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking code once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partner. You can then track the status of your orders via the link provided in the email or here.

What are the payment options?
We accept credit cards backed by Visa and Mastercard, and direct online banking through the ipay88 secure payment gateway.

How will I know if my order is successful?
You will receive an order confirmation via email from ipay88.

I received a sms informing me that my credit card has been charged, but not the order confirmation from IPay88. What do i do?
